Justworks is hiring an International Benefits Manager to own EMEA benefits operations end-to-end, including procurement, renewals, plan design, vendor and broker management, employee support, country launches, data analysis, and evolving program management. The role requires at least five years of international benefits experience, knowledge of EMEA regulatory environments, and the ability to manage broker and carrier relationships. The base wage range is €80,286.00 to €103,596.00 per year.
