Valnet is hiring an onsite Sr. Investment Associate in Montreal to partner with business and unit leaders on improving EBITDA, cash flow, and revenue quality across its core businesses and new ventures. The role covers investment and ROI modeling, P&L and KPI performance reviews, margin and cost analysis, capital reallocation, investment-thesis tracking, revenue-quality modeling, AI-driven reporting and analysis, and executive decision-making support. Candidates need 1–5+ years of experience in M&A, private equity, strategy consulting, or transaction services, strong P&L intuition, advanced Excel or Sheets modeling, strong communication, and an AI-native mindset.
