Description
PowerGen is hiring a Senior Investment Associate to originate, structure, and fundraise for renewable energy and infrastructure projects across African markets. The role leads project finance and corporate financial modelling, valuation, debt and equity fundraising, commercial and legal structuring, due diligence, negotiations, investor and government engagement, portfolio monitoring, and investment committee approvals. Candidates should have 5–7 years of relevant project development, investment, or project finance experience, a strong project finance background, and experience leading transactions to close. The position is based in Nairobi with up to 25–40% travel and includes annual compensation, performance bonuses, health insurance, professional development, and team-building events.
