TEGNA is hiring a Senior iOS Developer for a hybrid role in Knoxville, Tennessee. The position leads the evolution of a shared native iOS news platform, building features in Swift and SwiftUI, owning complex code areas, improving performance and architecture, mentoring developers, and supporting CI/CD and release processes. Candidates need at least five years of professional software development experience, including three years building native iOS applications with Swift, along with experience in SwiftUI, app architecture, Swift concurrency, Combine, Swift Package Manager, REST APIs, JSON, local persistence, Git, and scalable application design.
