IAV Group is seeking a Senior IP/Console Engineer for Interior Systems in Novi, Michigan. The role leads development and integration of instrument panel and console systems across the full product lifecycle, including concept, design, validation, supplier coordination, engineering changes, tooling readiness, DV/PV testing, and production launch, while collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and cross-functional teams. The position requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or a related field, 8+ years of instrument panel/console systems experience, Catia skills, and strong knowledge of quality processes such as DFMEA, PFMEA, and control plans.
