Description
Microsoft is hiring a Senior IP Design Verification Engineer for its Silicon, Cloud Hardware, and Infrastructure Engineering organization. The role owns or leads verification of complex flows at subsystem, IP, or block levels; develops UVM-based verification environments; applies random-stimulus and coverage-based techniques; improves verification efficiency; and mentors others. Candidates need a relevant doctorate with at least one year of technical engineering experience, or a master's degree with at least four years, or a bachelor's degree with at least five years, or equivalent experience. The role requires Microsoft and customer or government security screening and access to export-controlled information. The typical U.S. base pay range is USD 119,800–234,700 per year, with higher ranges for the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area.
