Description
The role provides Transport IP and data support and maintenance for managed services, operating and troubleshooting Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet IP core and aggregation technologies. Responsibilities include configuring routers, switches, remote access servers, VPN concentrators, and firewalls; implementing routing and application protocols; monitoring network performance; coordinating incidents; and communicating with customers. The position requires a relevant degree or equivalent experience, seniority in IP core and aggregation technologies, CCNP/JNCIP-level or equivalent certification, managed services experience, and willingness to perform on-call support up to twice monthly.
