Amazon Web Services is hiring a Senior Partner Development Manager for its EMEA ISV Team, based in Madrid. The role owns and grows a portfolio of independent software vendor partnerships across EMEA, advising partners at executive level, developing joint go-to-market strategies, accelerating AWS Marketplace adoption, identifying new opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving revenue and pipeline goals. The position requires a bachelor's degree, experience with publisher ad technology or advertising technology, enterprise software or cloud application sales, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts and present to executive audiences.
