Description
The Senior IT Administrator - Databases / Infrastructure will maintain and develop MS SQL and Oracle database landscapes, design and optimize data warehouses and reporting solutions, integrate data interfaces, and lead IT infrastructure projects. The role also administers VMware, Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP; monitors system performance and security; documents GMP-regulated environments; and provides third-level escalation support. Candidates need a computer science degree or comparable qualification, at least five years of experience administering complex IT infrastructures, and strong database, infrastructure, and configuration expertise. German and English communication skills are required, while GCP, Citrix, backup and recovery, Linux, and GMP experience are preferred.
