Seagull Software is hiring a Senior IT AI Engineer to design, build, integrate, and support enterprise applications and intelligent automation solutions for internal business operations. The role covers full-stack development, Salesforce customization, CRM/ERP/ITSM integrations, and AI-enabled workflows using LLM APIs, document intelligence, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent-based automation. It is a direct contract position based in La Paz, Bolivia, with a hybrid arrangement requiring four days per week in the La Paz office, and requires an independent contractor arrangement with no benefits.
