The Senior Developer is a hands-on technical leadership role based in Greensboro, North Carolina, with a hybrid/flexible arrangement requiring time in an office. The position designs, develops, deploys, and supports secure, scalable, cloud-native services and APIs; leads complex troubleshooting and incident response; mentors junior developers; and collaborates with architects, testers, product owners, and cross-functional teams. Required expertise includes Java 17, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, microservices, Azure Kubernetes Service, containerized environments, and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, while CIAM/IAM and modern authentication technologies are preferred.
