BillionToOne is hiring a Senior IT Desktop Support Technician to provide advanced desktop support for macOS, Google Workspace, Windows, and biotech laboratory environments; manage device platforms such as Kandji and Microsoft Intune; support Jira Service Management workflows; maintain HIPAA compliance and IT documentation; and oversee IT inventory and asset lifecycles. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of IT desktop support experience, and expertise in macOS, Google Workspace, Kandji, Intune, and Jira Service Management. The position offers a total compensation package of $145,591 per year, including a base pay range of $84,066 to $105,083 per year.
