Ro is hiring a Senior IT Engineer to build, operate, and maintain internal systems and endpoints across macOS, Windows, ChromeOS, and VDI. The role focuses on endpoint management, browser and extension policies, no-code/low-code automation, infrastructure-as-code, cloud provisioning, Zero Trust, security, tooling, and incident support. It requires at least five years of IT engineering experience, scripting and API skills, cloud and Terraform experience, and strong troubleshooting ability. The target base salary is $128,400 to $165,000, with equity and benefits.
