Description
The Senior Microsoft 365 Administrator will own secure, reliable, and well-governed Microsoft 365 services across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Defender, and Purview. The role manages tenant configuration, service health, licensing, governance, complex troubleshooting, security and compliance controls, endpoint management, hybrid identity, infrastructure support, collaboration technologies, automation, documentation, incident resolution, and continuous improvement. It requires at least five years of senior IT engineering, systems administration, or enterprise support experience, strong Microsoft 365 and identity administration expertise, and the ability to support global onsite and remote users.
