Description
UNS is hiring a Senior IT Engineer to provide hybrid front-end user support and back-end infrastructure services. The role covers helpdesk and onboarding support for Windows, Office 365, collaboration tools, and user devices; network, server, security, monitoring, and infrastructure maintenance; IT operations, asset and compliance management; documentation and policy development; and coordination with local and global IT teams. Candidates need a relevant degree, at least seven years of experience in a similar hybrid IT role, strong Windows and networking knowledge, hands-on router, switch, and firewall experience, and fluency in English and Mandarin.
