The role involves designing, implementing, evolving, and operating Microsoft 365 services to deliver measurable value, acting as a technical expert and advisor for internal stakeholders. Responsibilities include driving adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of M365 services, ensuring secure, scalable, and efficient solutions aligned with business needs.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Several years of experience working with Microsoft 365 services in an engineering, administration, or similar role.
Strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
Experienced in automation and scripting, especially with PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API.
Understands governance, compliance, and best practices in Microsoft 365 environments.
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with additional M365 services such as Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange Online is a plus.
Experience with related services such as M365 backup solutions or third-party integrations is a plus.
Experience with identity integration (Azure AD / Entra ID fundamentals, RBAC, conditional access basics).
