Description
The IT Operations Manager will own daily IT operations and infrastructure for approximately 200 users across Poland and Hungary, administering Azure and on-premises environments, running ITIL processes, managing outsourced vendors, and ensuring security, compliance, and business continuity. The role requires at least three years of IT Operations experience, hands-on Azure and on-premises infrastructure knowledge, practical ITIL experience, vendor-management experience, and fluent Polish and English. It is a hybrid B2B position based in Warsaw with three days in the office and long-term cooperation.
