Description
The Chief Technician will provide Level 2 and Service Management support for SIGINT COINS and JSSC applications, including incident, service request, change, and troubleshooting work; software updates, patching, outages, CAB participation, and on-call support. The role is primarily onsite in Brunssum, Netherlands, with possible travel to other NATO sites, and requires a NATO Cosmic Top Secret security clearance. It requires extensive computer science or information technology experience, strong networking, server, virtualization, cloud, security, and Microsoft administration knowledge, along with excellent English communication skills.
