Description
The Senior IT Lawyer will support the company’s operations across several jurisdictions, advise on investment activities, draft and review agreements and NDAs, advise on intellectual property and personal data matters, assist with contract negotiations and approvals, and research business risks. The role requires a law degree, five years of experience in a similar role preferably in IT, commercial and civil law experience, IP expertise, and at least an upper-intermediate level of English.
