Hack The Box is hiring a Senior IT Platform Engineer to own and evolve the internal tooling and enterprise platforms supporting a globally distributed organization. The role covers identity and access management, Google Workspace, endpoint management, SaaS administration, compliance automation, and a centralized AI/LLM gateway, with responsibilities including automation, documentation, incident on-call, and secure platform scaling. Candidates need 3–7 years of relevant IT, internal platform, or infrastructure experience, strong Okta and Google Workspace expertise, Jamf experience, automation scripting, and security and compliance knowledge. The role is available fully remotely across Europe or with relocation to the Athens Tech Hub, with hybrid options for candidates within 55 km of the Athens office.
