Hack The Box is hiring a Senior IT Platform Engineer to own and evolve the internal tooling and enterprise platforms supporting a globally distributed organization. The role covers identity and access management, Google Workspace, endpoint management, SaaS administration, compliance automation, and a centralized AI/LLM gateway, with responsibilities including automation, documentation, incident on-call, and secure platform scaling. Candidates need 3–7 years of relevant IT, platform, or infrastructure experience, strong Okta and Google Workspace expertise, Jamf experience, automation scripting, and security-mindedness. The role is available fully remotely across Europe or with relocation to the Athens Tech Hub, with hybrid options for candidates within 55 km of the Athens office.
