Description

Euroclear's Group Business Solutions (GBS) division is seeking a Senior IT Program Manager to lead a transformative program called the Cash Modernization initiative. This involves restarting the Cash Modernization program, focusing on upgrading Euroclear Bank's core cash processing capabilities by replacing the legacy Money Transfer System with a new, secure, and scalable ISO 20022-native payment platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing, governing, shaping the delivery model, aligning with various stakeholders, and driving execution across diverse areas like business, technology, operations, architecture, security, vendors, and external payment ecosystems.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience in large-scale, multi-year IT transformation or core platform modernisation programs.
Background in payments, cash management, banking, financial market infrastructure, or critical transaction-processing environments.
Ability to operate at an executive level, influencing senior stakeholders and aligning business, technology, operations, risk, security, and vendor organizations.
Technical credibility to engage architecture and engineering teams on complex solutions, integration, resilience, and delivery trade-offs.
Excellent written and spoken English, capable of clear communication at executive, business, and technical levels.
Preferred Qualifications: Direct leadership of payments, cash platform, core banking, or ISO 20022 migration programs.
Knowledge of SWIFT messaging, payment market infrastructures, cash correspondent banking models, or liquidity-related operational processes.
Experience working with external payment ecosystems, financial market infrastructures, or critical banking service providers.
Relevant programme or delivery certifications such as MSP, PMI/PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalents.
