Euroclear is hiring a very senior IT Programme Manager in its Group Business Solutions technology division to restart and lead the Cash Modernisation programme. The role will establish governance, delivery structures, roadmaps and execution across business, technology, operations, architecture, security, vendors and external payment ecosystems while modernising Euroclear Bank’s legacy Money Transfer System into a resilient, secure, scalable ISO 20022-native payment platform. Candidates need extensive experience leading large regulated IT transformation or core-platform modernisation programmes, preferably in payments or banking, with strong programme governance, executive stakeholder management, technical credibility, Agile delivery and vendor management skills. This is a permanent position; freelance and contract arrangements are not offered.
