AFRY is hiring an experienced Project Manager to lead IT and digitalisation development and implementation projects across the public sector, energy, and defence. The role coordinates teams, stakeholders, and deliverables; manages project and operations governance; builds client relationships; and contributes to long-term value and improvement initiatives. Candidates need at least five years of experience leading IT, systems development, or digitalisation projects with budget responsibility, preferably in the public sector and preferably the energy sector, plus academic education in a relevant field and strong Swedish and English skills.
