TEHORA is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager for an as-needed contract to manage IT projects in a structured, multi-stakeholder environment. The role covers planning, scheduling, cost and scope tracking, risk and dependency management, resource coordination, reporting, governance, compliance, and quality assurance. Candidates need a relevant university degree or equivalent experience, at least 15 years of information technology experience, relevant IT project management experience, complex-environment experience, French proficiency, and availability for as-needed assignments. The position is based in Quebec City with a hybrid work arrangement.
