Description
Castra is hiring a Requirements Analyst for an assignment with a framework agreement client. The role leads requirements elicitation, translates business needs into system-level requirements, documents and communicates requirements to stakeholders, leads workshops and reviews, and develops use cases, prototypes, and system test cases. The position also requires experience with financial-transaction requirements and testing. IBM BPM, data warehousing, Jira, information and conceptual modeling, system-management procedures, and coaching experience are desirable.
