Description
EMnify is hiring a Scrum Master to guide and coach software development and Product Management teams in Agile practices, support continuous delivery, remove impediments, improve organizational transparency, and help scale Agile processes. The role requires at least five years of Scrum Master experience, knowledge of Agile methods such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and XP, experience with Agile scaling frameworks, and strong facilitation, servant-leadership, English, and technical-learning skills. The position is largely remote and offers offices in Berlin and Würzburg, along with holidays, pension contributions, and other benefits.
