The Hanover is hiring a Senior Security Engineer to lead and expand its enterprise Data Protection Program across cloud, SaaS, endpoint, collaboration, and enterprise data platforms. The role combines technical implementation of data governance, classification, encryption, DLP, insider risk, eDiscovery, records management, and compliance controls with strategic partnership across Security, Legal, Compliance, Privacy, IT, and business stakeholders. It is a full-time exempt position available in Worcester, Massachusetts, or remotely, requiring 7+ years of information security experience and 5+ years supporting enterprise data protection initiatives.
