Description
ZeroFox is seeking a Senior IT Specialist to join their corporate IT team. This role involves managing daily IT operations, providing in-house and global support across India and other locations, and overseeing end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes. Key responsibilities include responding to IT requests, resolving employee issues, developing SOPs, configuring devices, enrolling them via MDM and IdP platforms, coordinating with HR, executing offboarding procedures, maintaining asset catalogs, administering MDM and IdP policies, managing ITSM tools, performing hardware maintenance, and ensuring timely application patches.
