Abilities First is hiring a Senior IT Support Administrator to provide first-line hardware, software, and network support at school locations, troubleshoot technology issues, maintain IT assets, support mobile device management, and assist with IT projects and technology training. The role also provides secondary IT maintenance support at non-school locations and requires travel to locations in Dutchess and Orange Counties. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, at least five years of enterprise IT experience, knowledge of Microsoft Windows and 365, networking fundamentals, and endpoint management technologies, plus a current New York State driver’s license. The position pays $73,000 to $80,000 annually and runs Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
