Rocket Lab is hiring a Senior IT Support Analyst I to work onsite at its Wallops Island (LC2) office, providing senior-level IT support for clients, servers, networks, and staff including Launch Engineers and Technicians. The role owns medium- to complex IT infrastructure and projects, resolves complex issues independently, supports launch-period operations, and may require travel, shift flexibility, and on-call participation. Candidates need at least five years of IT support, systems, or infrastructure experience, a STEM degree or equivalent technical background, and strong knowledge of ITIL, Windows and Linux, networking, scripting, Active Directory, and related technologies. The position offers a base salary of $75,200 to $94,000 USD for Virginia-only applicants, plus medical, dental, and vision insurance and other benefits.
