Description
Coinbase is hiring a Senior IT Support Engineer for the IT Tooling team within IT Support & Services. The role owns the technical architecture for automation systems that support IT operations, including self-service workflows, bots, integrations, ticket triage, access reviews, onboarding, and offboarding. The engineer will lead complex automation projects end-to-end, partner with Security, Corporate Engineering, and IAM teams, and establish reusable frameworks, engineering standards, and documentation across platforms such as n8n, Airflow, Temporal, Jira, and Okta. The position is remote-first with quarterly in-person surges and offers a base salary range of $113,815 to $133,900 USD plus equity, bonus eligibility, and benefits.
