Airwallex is hiring an IT Operations Support Specialist in Bangalore to provide on-site and remote IT support for employees and contractors, troubleshoot macOS and Windows software and hardware, support SaaS applications, handle AV and onboarding events, administer applications, and create documentation. The role requires regular fixed on-site days in a hybrid work environment and experience supporting MDM applications, Google Workspace, Okta, Confluence, JIRA, and Zoom, along with foundational networking and troubleshooting skills.
