The role handles phone-based incidents, analyzes and resolves VPN errors, plans and implements IT service changes, supports testing and quality management, installs and configures VPN solutions, and maintains technical documentation. Candidates need strong German and English skills, relevant vocational training, at least four years of IT experience, and experience in service operations, incident management, VPN troubleshooting, and Windows administration. The position requires approximately 20% travel and includes work locations in Munich, Bonn, and Berlin.
