Description
The Senior IT System Engineer will support the CDO SSD ITM A&E Team 4 in managing and evolving ITSM platforms Servity (DCON), ICD Maximo (IBM), and USM (USU). The role covers requirements engineering, architecture and solution design, technical implementation, testing, data migration, production support, documentation, and leading sub-projects and team members in an agile environment. It is 70% remote in Frankfurt am Main, with occasional travel of approximately 15 days per year, and requires at least seven years of relevant experience, ITIL and PRINCE2 certifications, strong German and English skills, and experience with Atlassian and Microsoft Office products.
