Description
The Senior IT System Engineer will support requirements engineering, architecture and solution design, technical implementation, testing, production deployment, data migration, documentation, and second- and third-level support for ITSM platforms Servity (DCON), ICD Maximo (IBM), and USM (USU). The role also includes leading sub-projects and team members, mentoring colleagues, and applying agile Scrum practices. It requires at least seven years of professional experience, relevant IT architecture, requirements engineering, software development, test management, and project leadership experience, along with ITIL and PRINCE2 certifications, Atlassian and Microsoft Office experience, and strong German and English language skills.
