Blue Light Card is hiring a Senior IT Systems Engineer to own and maintain core infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, networking, endpoint management, and business applications. The role combines BAU support, escalated technical problem-solving, security governance, SaaS and cloud standardisation, project delivery, and mentoring of mid-level engineers. It requires hands-on IT systems engineering, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID administration, complex networking, endpoint management, PowerShell or Python scripting, and third-line technical depth.
