Horizon3 is hiring a full-time IT Systems Engineer to manage identity, email, and network infrastructure for a distributed workforce. The role is roughly 60% security, identity, and email systems and 40% network engineering, with responsibilities including Okta administration, email security controls, firewall and routing policy management, incident response, connectivity troubleshooting, documentation, vendor management, and project coordination. Candidates need 3–5 years of systems, identity/security, or network administration experience, production experience with the listed technologies, and experience supporting a distributed workforce. The position is fully remote with up to 15% travel, offers a base salary of $142,000–$162,000 annually, and includes health, vision, and dental insurance.
