Spring Health is hiring a full-time, fully remote Senior IT Systems Engineer within the United States to design and deliver complex business-critical automations and integrations, including AI-powered and agentic workflows. The role focuses on choosing technical approaches, building reusable patterns and components, establishing integration standards, managing production monitoring and incidents, partnering with engineering and vendor teams, and mentoring IT Systems Engineers. Candidates need at least seven years of automation, integration, or IT systems engineering experience, enterprise-system integration experience, Python proficiency, and a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
