Rocket IT is hiring a full-time Senior IT Systems Specialist in Suwanee, Georgia, to provide Tier II/III support for internal systems and client networks, resolve complex technology issues, implement remote access, manage Office 365, mentor support staff, and recommend improvements to IT strategy, security, and support processes. The role requires a four-year college degree, at least four years of IT support experience, three years of Windows Server experience, one year of Cisco switch experience, and advanced competency with IP network switches, routers, and firewalls; relevant certifications and experience with cloud, security, networking, or other IT areas are preferred.
