Humanit is hiring a Senior IT Technician in Stockholm to maintain a stable, secure, and efficient IT workplace environment. The role involves installing and managing workplace devices, troubleshooting complex incidents, managing patches and system health, providing advanced user support, documenting solutions, and contributing to automation and process improvements. Candidates need at least 4–5 years of experience with IT workplace solutions, knowledge of Windows, M365, networks, troubleshooting, image management, and client deployment, strong communication skills, and fluent Swedish. The position is permanent and full-time, with immediate start subject to notice period and security checks, and includes health insurance, pension, and other benefits.
