CW Resources is hiring a Senior Janitor at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy in New London, Connecticut, on a Monday-through-Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The role performs routine custodial duties, maintains clean and safe work areas, leads by example, supports and trains team members, identifies cleaning needs and hazards, and reports issues to management. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license and RealID, government base access, and 2–3 years of custodial or janitorial experience, including commercial, institutional, or contract experience and hands-on equipment training.
