Description
ELEKS Software Engineering & Development Office is hiring a Senior Java/AI Developer based in Buenos Aires for a hybrid role requiring 2–3 days per week onsite and the remainder remote. The position involves designing and building AI-powered features and services using large language models, developing backend components in Java and/or Python, implementing and evaluating prompt engineering strategies, integrating AI capabilities into applications, and participating in Agile/Scrum delivery. Candidates need at least five years of professional experience in Java and/or Python, hands-on LLM experience, prompt engineering experience, and backend service development knowledge; RAG, vector databases, cloud AI services, and MLOps/LLMOps experience are preferred.
