Citi is hiring a Senior Java Backend Developer to lead applications systems analysis and programming, coordinate with management teams, define system enhancements, resolve complex business and system issues, and ensure application design follows the architecture blueprint. The role includes coding, testing, debugging, implementation, coaching mid-level developers, and managing risk and compliance.
