Description

CodeNinja is seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Backend Developer to join their 12-person specialist team for the Client's Test Management Enablement & Automation engagement. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable microservices using Spring Boot or Quarkus, building and managing APIs via IBM API Connect, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The developer will ensure high-performance, secure, and scalable backend systems, implement OAuth2/JWT authentication, write unit/integration/contract tests, and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years of experience in Java backend development
Strong hands-on experience with Spring Boot and Quarkus
Solid understanding of microservices architecture
Familiarity with API security and performance optimization
Proficiency with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI)
Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases
Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Open Banking or financial services domain
