ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is hiring a Senior Java Backend Technical Lead to work onsite in Luxembourg within a European institutional environment. The role combines hands-on Java backend development with technical leadership, including designing and evolving business-critical applications, mentoring developers, reviewing code, supporting CI/CD and production issues, and collaborating with architects, business analysts, QA, and DevOps teams. Candidates need at least seven years of Java backend experience, strong Java 17 and Spring Boot expertise, and experience with JPA, Hibernate, SQL, RESTful APIs, messaging, Maven, Git, JUnit, and CI/CD.
