Citi is hiring a full-time Applications Development Engineer to design, develop, test, implement, and support enterprise applications and systems. The role covers feasibility studies, application architecture, security, user support, project delivery, and agile delivery, with responsibility for complex problem analysis, stakeholder consulting, and mentoring junior analysts.
