The role involves developing maintainable and scalable software, participating in code and design reviews, analyzing requirements, collaborating with business, support, development, and infrastructure teams, contributing to architectural standards, and implementing coding and testing practices. Candidates need 5–10 years of Java experience, big-data and caching experience, SQL and NoSQL knowledge, API and web-service understanding, Linux scripting, Spring and Kafka familiarity, and automation testing expertise; OTC, trade lifecycle, accounting, cloud, and scripting knowledge are desirable. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
