Business Changers is hiring a Java Developer for its Java Development Business Unit to build and maintain scalable microservices, RESTful APIs, and production systems. The role involves independent coding, collaboration with product and business stakeholders, code reviews, architecture discussions, production troubleshooting, and CI/CD pipeline maintenance. Candidates need at least five years of Java development experience with Spring Boot and Hibernate, SQL and Oracle knowledge, microservices and API expertise, Agile and DevOps familiarity, a relevant degree or equivalent experience, and fluent Italian and English.
