Citi is hiring a Senior Lead Developer to support its Futures Risk and Trading solution, which blends in-house and vendor systems. The role partners with development teams, defines system enhancements, resolves complex business and technical issues, leads application design and standards, coaches mid-level developers, and ensures compliance and risk controls. It requires 10+ years of Java development experience, extensive Core Java, multithreading, Spring, REST API, messaging, database, Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift experience, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
